In our work we pay special attention to the recognition of the regional stakeholders’ experience. Surveys, both quantitative and qualitative, generally constitute a key material to construct our analyses.

In our projects we prefer a maximum degree of participation of all actors which, as we experienced it, is a key factor for durability and consistency of supply chain implementation projects. For this we constantly develop and put into practice our know-how in facilitation (meetings, working groups) and coordination.
