The aim of the project is to create a concept for the training of manager and staff in organic trade business for the implementation of the principles of the Code into daily practice and for providing the code among clients and business partners. Taking part in such training will help manager and staff of organic business to improve their knowledge and competences in economical action, active environmental protection, social competence and customer orientation.
The project “eco-qualify” will establish a European E-Learning Platform offering vocational qualifications in the field of organic retail. Several distance learning units will be brought together for comprehensive supply and adapted to six partner countries, according to their special national conditions and requirements. The result will be a comprehensive IT-based learning platform with 12 basic E-Learning units.
